Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Tofu Self-Employed Tracker. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a 30-day refund policy. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tofu.com within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and processed within 30 days of receiving your refund request. Please note that no refunds will be issued after 30 days. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we believe the refund policy is being misused or if we suspect fraud or other misconduct.

Special terms apply in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, and the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

For subscribers residing in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland: According to local law, you are entitled to a full refund during the first 14 days of the membership. Please keep in mind that this 14-day period begins when the subscription is activated.

For subscribers residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin: You may terminate your subscription before midnight on the third business day after the date you subscribed, without penalty or obligation. If you die before the end of your subscription period, your estate is entitled to a reimbursement of the percentage of any subscription payment you made that is allocable to the period after your death. Suppose you become disabled (i.e., unable to use our Services) before the end of your subscription period. In that case, you are entitled to a refund of the portion of any subscription charges you paid that applies to the time following your disability by giving the Company notice in the same way you would request a refund as explained below.

Our services are widely available throughout the United States; however, if you believe you have moved outside of the area in which we operate, please let us know in writing to GetPaid Inc. (2093 PHILADELPHIA PIKE #1741 CLAYMONT, DELAWARE, USA) or by email at support@tofu.com. We will work with you to find an appropriate alternative or issue a refund.

Please note that GetPaid Inc. may terminate your use of Tofu Self-Employed Tracker at any time and for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that GetPaid Inc. determines is inappropriate or unacceptable. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees and, if applicable, all unpaid subscription amounts and other fees you owe will immediately be due. The Company is not required to disclose and may be prohibited by law from disclosing, the reason for the termination or suspension of your account.

Your refund requests are handled by GetPaid Inc. If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@tofu.com. Please submit your request with the relevant information and any supporting evidence. If we decide to issue a refund, we can only do so to the same payment method - a wire transfer, credit card, or other service provider - that was used to make the initial purchase.
