You may register and create an account as a Member at no cost. Each user has an opportunity to use the Service for free and as a paid member. As a free user, you get access to basic Services features. Paid Members can gain access to extra features of the Services by purchasing paid subscriptions for a set period of time that will automatically renew.
To get full access to the Service, a user may choose to purchase a subscription plan to use the Service to the full extent.
Full access to all features includes:
– Smart tax savings: add your expenses to maximize your tax savings
– Invoicing at ease: look professional in the eyes of your clients
– Receipts scanner: keep your receipts at one place. No more shoeboxes.
GetPaid Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by GetPaid Inc. until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected. At any time and without notice, GetPaid Inc. reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a time period, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
If you decide to subscribe, you need only choose one of the subscription packages. Whichever package you choose, keep in mind that the availability of different subscription plans may vary by location. Please note that we reserve the right to offer promotions on packages from time to time.
A valid payment method, including a credit card or PayPal or iTunes, or Google Play Account, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide GetPaid Inc. with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize GetPaid Inc. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
You acknowledge that different payment providers occasionally might need more business days to review your payment. Because of this, you agree to any transactions that might be delayed by the review procedure. The company will inform you as soon as the paid features are active and your payment is successfully completed.
GetPaid Inc., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. GetPaid Inc. will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
By using our paid features, you acknowledge that your paid subscriptions will be subject to automatic renewals. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or GetPaid Inc. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting GetPaid Inc. customer support team.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, GetPaid Inc. will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Termination of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at email@example.com or through your online account management page. Please provide the information we need to identify you, such as your name, email address, or other contact details. We might ask you to give us a reason for your cancellation if you decide to cancel your membership through the Service. If you cancel your subscription, the Company requires a reasonable amount of time to process the action.
You may cancel the subscription on your device, open the Apple App Store or Google Play Market depending on the device you use, find the section "Subscription" and choose to cancel it. You may continue to use the paid features after canceling your subscription for the remainder of the then-current subscription term. No automatic charges will be issued when cancellation is submitted to us. Cancellation of your paid subscriptions does not remove your profile from our Services, provided that there is a minimal level of the Service's features, which you may access for free.
