Valeria N.Job prices, markup and margin, mowing time, cleaning bids by square footage, and how much grass seed a lawn needs. Every calculator gives you a number you can quote, plus the hours, crew, or materials behind it.
Yes. Every calculator on this page works in your browser with no account and no limit on how often you use it.
No. You only need an account when you want to send the result as an estimate, schedule the job, or collect payment – that part happens in Tofu Field Service.
From three places: the numbers you enter, benchmarks from 567,138 real cleaning and lawn care invoices sent through Tofu Field Service in 2024–2026, and public sources such as BLS wage data for labor cost defaults. Nothing on these pages is invented, and every benchmark says where it comes from.
Cleaning, lawn care, landscaping, handyman, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Most calculators have trade presets for labor cost and typical prices, and the markup and service price calculators work for any service business.
The math is exact. The defaults are medians and industry rates, not your numbers, so replace them with your own labor cost, overhead, and margin. The result is only as good as the costs you enter.
Field service management software for cleaning, lawn care, and other service businesses. It covers estimates, scheduling, jobs, invoices, payments, a price book, and proof of visit for every job, in one app for the office and the crew.
The calculator gives you the price. Tofu Field Service takes it from there: you save the price as a price book item, send it to the customer as an estimate, schedule the job, and invoice it when the work is done.
Yes. Add the line items to an estimate in Tofu Field Service and send it by text or email. The customer approves it online, and the approved estimate turns into a job and then an invoice.
The calculators do not store anything. In Tofu Field Service you keep your services, parts, and rates in a price book, so the next estimate is built from saved items instead of a new calculation.
Yes. They run in any mobile browser, so you can price a job on site. Tofu Field Service itself runs as an iOS app and in the browser.
The invoice benchmarks cover 2024–2026 and are refreshed when a new pull of Tofu Field Service invoice data is checked. Labor cost defaults follow the latest BLS wage release. Each calculator page states the data period it uses.
Start with the service price calculator if you want a full job price from crew, hours, and overhead. Use the markup calculator to price a single part or line item. The cleaning and lawn calculators are for those trades only and come with trade-specific defaults.
Yes. New calculators are added as they are built and tested against real invoice data, and they appear on this page first. Bookmark it to find the latest ones.
