Photograph a job at three moments: before you start, while things are still visible, and after you finish.

• Before you start. The existing damage, the mess you inherited, the crack that was already there. A "before" photo is the cheapest protection you'll ever get.
• During the work. Anything that will be hidden when you're done – the wiring behind the drywall, the prep under the fresh mulch.
• After you finish. The result the client is paying for, shot while everything is still perfect.

A few jobsite photos per visit take your tech a minute – and settle questions about quality months later, long after everyone's memory has faded.
