Your techs already carry the only tool they need – the phone in their pocket. They shoot and upload in the Tofu Team app; you review from wherever you are.
Job photos scattered across camera rolls and chats? Tofu pins before and after photos to every visit and gets your notes to the right tech. All inside the job.

Snap the state of things before starting, snap the result after, and tag them "before" and "after" right in the Tofu Team app.

No digging through camera rolls to figure out which photo belongs to which house. Each photo is attached to the visit it was taken on.

Write a note once on the client's card. Every tech you send there sees it on every visit – no phone call needed.

Open the job and see the whole story in one gallery – what it looked like before, what it looks like now.

A client says the crew cut corners. You weren't there – but your photos were. Open the job, put the before next to the after, and the conversation is over. Not your word against theirs: two pictures of the same porch, taken hours apart.
It's also your quality control. Skip the drive – open the job, see the result the way the client will, and catch sloppy work before they do.
And if the argument is "nobody ever showed up" – that's what proof of visit is for.
Photograph a job at three moments: before you start, while things are still visible, and after you finish.
A few jobsite photos per visit take your tech a minute – and settle questions about quality months later, long after everyone's memory has faded.

Team notes reach every tech you send to the client. Private notes stay with you. Clients never see either.

Photos and notes live next to everything else about the job – invoices, client profiles, payments. No separate photo utility, nothing to copy between apps.

Some switched from QuickBooks. Others used to do everything manually

Everything you need to know about the product and billing
In Tofu you don't organize them – they arrive organized. Every photo is attached to a visit, and the job page gathers photos from all visits into one gallery. Tap Show all on the job to see everything, with each photo linked to the visit it came from.
Yes. In Tofu, your techs tag any visit photo "before" or "after" as they shoot. The job gallery then shows the full story of the work: how it looked when you arrived and what you left behind. Tags are optional, so quick untagged shots work too.
Yes. The visit list shows photo thumbnails on each visit, so you can spot at a glance where photos exist and where they're missing. When there are more than fit on screen, you'll see a +N counter.
No. Clients never see notes of any kind – not team notes, not private ones. Notes are internal: private notes are visible only to you, and team notes only to you and the tech assigned to the visit.
Private notes are for the owner's eyes only – reminders and judgments you don't want to share. Team notes are shared context: written on a client's card, they appear on all of that client's visits; written on a visit, they're visible to the tech assigned to it. Every note shows its author, the time, and an edited mark if the text changed – so if you swap a tech mid-job, the new tech sees the full history of team notes with each author's name on it.
Yes. Add them from the job gallery and pick which visit they belong to, or drag and drop files straight into a visit from your computer – with upload progress so you know they made it. One thing to know: photos your tech takes on site through the app also carry a location stamp. See proof of visit for how that works.
